At Assemble.inc I built a number of pages, templates, components, and features for their main marketing website.
Challenges
- The Marketing dept had purchased WebFlow but found it difficult to work with. Although the software claims that no coding is required, they learned it works best when the staff understands coding as a methodology. I was requested to support the art staff.
- Collaborated with the Web Design team to create a best-in-class corporate website
- I needed to level up on Webflow to a professional status
- Create pixel-perfect templates based on Figma sketches
Notable Features
- I built out a series of components for the Staff at Assemble so they could rapidly develop content and get vital information online very quickly.
- I built the footer leveraging CSS Grid as floats and Flexbox would not adequately describe the art layouts
Outcome
- All timelines were crushed!
- Website Content staff could easily build content without truly having to write any code.
